Terms of Stay – RV Park

Welcome to Camp Hoose in Buras, Louisiana! We’re excited to have you and want your stay to be safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. Please review the following terms and guidelines:

Rates & Payment

Daily, weekly, and monthly rates available.
Full payment is due on arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

RV Requirements

All RVs must be in good condition and self-contained.
No tents or pop-ups allowed.
Sewer collars/seals are required by local code—no exceptions.

Utilities

Rates include water, sewer, and electric (30/50 amp).

Site Rules

No loud music or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins. This includes cigarette butts and bottle caps.
Please keep your site tidy and free of clutter.

Pets

Pets are welcome!
Please keep them leashed at all times, clean up after them, and do not leave them unattended outdoors.
Aggressive breeds are not permitted for safety reasons.
Please do not mess with the neighbor cat, Bella she is a sweet kitty.

Liability

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or utilities.

Violation of Terms / Grounds for Removal

We reserve the right to ask any guest to vacate the property immediately and without refund if they fail to comply with the Terms of Stay or engage in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful to others.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Repeated noise complaints or failure to observe quiet hours
Destruction of property or utilities
Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Unauthorized guests, vehicles, or pets
Failure to maintain a clean and orderly site
Use of illegal substances or engagement in illegal activity
Tampering with electric, water, or sewer connections
Refusal to follow posted park rules or staff direction

We strive to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and safe environment for all guests. Any action that jeopardizes this may result in immediate eviction at management’s discretion.
